Heartland Heritage Museum Scholarship
2026-2027

The Heartland Heritage Museum is proud to award a senior from Checotah High School a $500 scholarship for the 2026-2027 academic school year.
Applications may be picked up at Guidance Office or museum.
 

Topic: Building My Future: A Blueprint for Success Through Vo-Tech Education   

Essay Guidelines

Address the topic with a 500-1000 word essay that answers these questions.

  • What are your career aspirations and future plans?

  • Why did you choose a Vo-Tech School and the specific program that interests you?

  • What are the goals you want to achieve in the Vo-Tech program and do these goals align with your       future plans

                 Award Requirement
The essay winner must present a copy of the Vo-Tech acceptance letter to the museum before receiving a check for $500.
